Chef Jeff Galan is a highly skilled culinary professional with a deep passion for bold flavors and innovative cuisine. He refined his craft working under some of New York City's top chefs, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Lidia Bastianich, gaining expertise in fine dining and high-end culinary techniques. Currently, he serves as the Executive Sous Chef and Center of the Plate Specialist at Fossil Farms, where he focuses on sustainable, high-quality meats and game. In his spare time, Jeff teams up with his friend John Sauchelli for their side venture, Streets, bringing creative, street-inspired dishes to food lovers.
